At Courtside Tennis & Pickleball, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your new equipment or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Racquets must have the plastic wrap on the handle and show no signs of court use.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar protective container, attach the provided return label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
